A loan of $750 helped to buy more coffee plants.

Gloria's story

Gloria is a 39 year old woman. She is married to Simón who is 42 and they have three children. They own the house they live in and acquired it 20 years ago, when they were married.

Gloria is very hardworking. She gets up very early to do her housework and then goes to her fields where she has her coffee plants. To keep a good production she must care for them, which she does with her husband's help. She takes the sacks from her harvest to the grain stockpiling centers in town, located an hour and a half away from her community. What she likes the most about her work is watching her plants grow, seeing the red fruit, similar to cherries. What is difficult is transporting the harvest because the sacks are heavy.

This is her 5th loan with MFP. She is grateful for the support that has been offered her once again, because she will have a chance to fulfill her work plans. In her communal bank she is a reponsible member and an example. de trabajo.

With the money from this loan she will buy coffee plants to increase her production.
