A loan of $550 helped to pay high school graduation and college expenses.

Nidia Graciela's story

Nidia currently earns income from her business selling new clothes and also from cleaning homes in Laredo, Texas. She has two daughters, one of whom is studying psychology and another who is about to graduate from high school. The older daughter is married and has a beauty salon in Nidia's house.

Her younger daughter's graduation is approaching, and this is a major expense. There are also many expenses relating to entering the university, such as entry fees, having her high school records sent to the university, and new school supplies. When these expenses are paid for, Nidia's daughter will be able to continue with her studies.
