A loan of $1,050 helped to buy vegetables and fruits.

Ramona Elizabeth's story

Ramona is 35 years old, single, and lives with her parents in a suburban neighborhood of San Pedro Sula. She previously offered decoration services for special events and also dedicated time to her studies. Seven years ago, Ramona received a share of her mother's vegetable and fruit business. She decided to manage it so that she could become independent. The products she sells include tomatoes, chili peppers, onions, potatoes, broccoli, limes, and seasonal fruits. Ramona has done very well in her business and wants to maintain her inventory so that she can provide good service to her customers.

She is currently requesting a loan of 20,000 HNL in order to buy vegetables and fruits so that she will always have fresh products to offer to her customers. Her plan is to expand her business so that she can generate income to improve her family's finances.
