A loan of $375 helped to buy animal feed, and to make some repairs to her corrals to improve her business raising and selling animals.

Angélica's story

Angelica is 65 years old, married, and has no dependent children. She lives with her husband in one of the rural settlements that is found in this rural farming district of Tambogrande, located in the Piura region.

Angelica has been raising and selling animals for more than 15 years. She raises sheep and poultry in corrals located in the back of her house. She feeds them grains and pasture grass, and when they reach a good level of development she offers them for sale to her neighbors and to the traders in the area. Because she's been doing this so long, she has an established customer base. Her husband is a farmer, and together they support the family finances.

Angelica wants to buy some nutritionally balanced feed for her animals, and she also wants to improve her animals so that her business produces better earnings. To do this, she is requesting a loan of 1,000 Peruvian soles from Edpyme Alternativa.

Angelica is a very hardworking and tenacious woman. The people who know her consider her to be a tranquil and quite friendly woman. Angelica thanks in advance the people who will support her with this loan.
