A loan of $950 helped to travel to the city of Lima to buy clothing to sell.

Karin's story

Karin is a young, 19-year-old mother. She lives with her young son, Ángelo, who is 2, in her parents' house that they gave her as an inheritance so she can have peace of mind and a better life. She makes a living by selling clothing in a small space she fixed up in her home a year ago. What she likes most about her job is talking with and advising her customers so they can take home the right piece of clothing. Nevertheless, it's difficult to have to leave her son while she makes her sales, but this is how she can get ahead and obtain a better quality of life. This is her second loan with Microfinanzas Prisma, and she feels happy for the support that is being offered to her. This is why she promises to make her payments on time. With the 2,500 PEN from this loan, she will travel to the city of Lima to buy the clothing she needs (light clothing fbecause of the heat) for the area where she lives.
