A loan of $575 helped to buy meat and cheese.

Anita's story

Señora Anita is 35-years-old and has four children who are of the ages 4, 6, 9, and 11. Señora Anita makes a living through selling meat at her store (where she sells meat and cheese). Her store is located in the town of Paurito.

This loan is her first cycle with the institution. Señora Anita is going to use this loan to buy chicken and cheese in order to stock up her store's meat locker and in this manner increase her working capital. The reason she asks for this loan is her lack of capital to buy wholesale products.

The challenges that Señora Anita faces in her business are the high demand for chicken and beef and constantly having to stock up her business, which is why she is going to use the benefits of buying different products. Her wish is to have a meat locker with larger capacity, and to generate more income to build her own house.
