Cecilia is divorced and has two children. She lives in her parents’ house, occupying two rooms with brick walls. The house is located in the Miraflores area of the city of La Paz.

Cecilia, esta divorciada y tiene dos hijos, vive en la casa de sus padres ocupando solo dos habitaciones con paredes de ladrillo, la casa esta ubicada en la zona Miraflores d la ciudad de La Paz.
Actualmente percibe ingresos ya que trabaja por más de ocho horas en una empresa pública de la ciudad de La Paz., ya que es el único ingreso que tiene para pagar la alimentación, educación y servicios básicos de su familia.
El crédito lo requiere para pagar un Diplomado de Derecho y de esta forma mejorar sus ingresos para mantener a sus hijos.
El sueño de Cecilia, es mejorar sus ingresos y comprarse una casa para dar más comodidad y seguridad a sus hijos.
Es la segunda vez que trabaja junto a IMPRO y la primera vez junto a KIVA.

IMPRO is a small non-profit organization that has been offering micro credit to the working poor in the Bolivian cities of La Paz and El Alto since 1995. IMPRO’s goal is to fight poverty by offering loans to small business owners who cannot access credit through the regular banking system due to a lack of guarantees or collateral.

To ensure that everyone has access to credit, IMPRO maintains a low interest rate by minimizing operational costs. IMPRO’s partnership with Kiva, which began in 2007, has allowed IMPRO to expand its services while maintaining these low interest rates.
