Kresytle Carolina's story

Kresytle is a young woman of 21, single, and lives with her parents and siblings in the city of Pisco, Peru. Despite her young age she is an enterprising woman with a strong desire to move up in life and make headway. In her free time she likes to play sports, and sometimes she makes a delicious "Arroz con Pato" (Rice with Duck) dish to spoil her family. With hard work she completed her high school education, but sadly she could not study for the business administration degree she so wanted because of a lack of resources, but she hopes it will happen some day. On her own initiative and thanks to her family's support Kresytle has worked at her business selling groceries and beers for more than year. She dedicates about 13 hours a day to the business, serving up to 36 customers. She believes her business is heading in the right direction thanks to its good prices and good service. Kresytle is very grateful for Kiva lenders because thanks to your help she will be able to purchase supplies like rice, sugar, milk, oil, vegetables and other items. In this way, her business will become better stocked and she can attract more customers, thus increasing her income. Little by little she hopes to be able to have her own sales post in the city's central market.
