Mary's story

Mary is a mother of four adults, between the ages of 31 and 21. Her last-born child is still pursuing a college education.

Mary has been in farming for 10 years and currently sells her milk, eggs and maize to the local market. She runs a salon business in the local market.

Mary has requested a loan of 41,600 KES from Juhudi Kilimo to buy and insure a dairy cow. She is focusing on owning at least four dairy cows. She also plans to venture into a transport business in the future to improve her family's living standards.
