Alimatu is 55 years old. She is married and has 6 children, ages 28, 25, 22, 20, 17 and 14. She has 3 additional dependents that help her with her business. In 2002, Alimatu established her foodstuff business. Alimatu uses the income she earns from her business to provide for the basic needs of her family.
Alimatu has a very good loan repayment history. She now needs a loan of 4,000,000 SLL to help her buy bags of groundnut, onions and dry pepper. Alimatu hopes that this loan will enable her to increase her monthly profits by approximately Le 300,000. In the future, Alimatu plans to rebuild her family house which was burnt down by fire.
