Ainagul is the group leader for the Azamat group which includes two more women. Ainagul is 53 years old, married and has three children. She has been raising livestock and farming since 1992. Ainagul's farm began with a starting investment of 5,000 som (KGS) and now yields 12,000 som (KGS) of monthly profits from the sale of milk and dairy products. In order to grow her business Ainagul has turned to "Bai-Tushum" and partners for a loan of 50,000 som (KGS). She is planning to use the money to purchase additional sheep and goats for her herd. In the future Ainagul is planning to continue investing her profits back in to her business.

Айнагул – лидер группы «Азамат», объединяющей еще двух женщин – участниц. Айнагул 53 года, замужем, имеет 3 детей. В качестве источника дохода для семьи, в 1992 году Айнагул начала заниматься животноводством и полеводством. Начатое со стартовой суммы в 5,000 сом (KGS) хозяйство на сегодня приносит около 12,000 сом (KGS) в месяц с продажи молока и молочных продуктов. В целях дальнейшего развития своего бизнеса, Айнагул обратилась в компанию «Бай – Тушум и Партнеры» за кредитом в сумме 50,000 сом (KGS) на покупку дополнительных голов мелкого рогатого скота. Доходы Айнагул планирует вложить в дальнейшее увеличение своего хозяйства.
