A loan of $525 helped to buy stock merchandise.

Ebelin Yesenia's story

Ebelin, 41, lives in a common law relationship with her husband with whom she has an 18-year-old daughter. She lives in the municipality of Choloma’s López Arellano neighborhood, Cortes.

She’s been a merchant for several years. She sells clothes, shoes, sandals, underwear and all types of low-cost nick-knacks like hair pins, bracelets, etc. She sells in an ambulatory fashion and also to order.

She’s asking for a 10000 lempira loan to invest in merchandise to stock the business and to build a small shed at home where she can display her merchandise to sell. Her dream is to have a pretty locale and to keep it always well-stocked so that her daughter can have her own job and they can help each other out.
