Caroline is a mother of three children. One attends school while two are working. She owns a house that has electricity and piped water. Her greatest monthly expenses are school fees and electricity bills.
For the past three years, she has operated a farming business, selling farm produce of green vegetables to her neighbours and passersby. In addition, she also operates a grocery shop, which contributes another source of income. She dreams of expanding her business to hire more employees in the future.
Caroline is requesting KES 20,000 to purchase manure and seedlings and to pay her employees. She decided to join Yehu to access loans to boost her business.
