Saudah's story

Saudah is 52 years old and a single mother of three children living in Hioma, Uganda. The responsibility of taking care of the family solely rests on her and her dream is to see all her children graduate. She is a teacher and has been teaching for 20 years. In order to supplement her monthly salary she bought a motorcycle for a transport business. She faces challenges of price fluctuations and the mechanical breakdown of her motorcycle. Her dream is to buy a taxi. Saudah intends to use the loan to repair her motorcycle.
