Tha is 32 years old. She is a mother of two children and resides with her husband in Takeo Province, Cambodia. She has been involved in growing agricultural crops and fattening up animals for more than ten years, earning approximately $3 per day. Her husband runs an electronic repair shop. He earns about $5 per day. In order to improve her husband’s business, Tha is requesting a loan of $500 to purchase electronic spare parts to repair and resell for clients. In this way, Tha's husband would earn more income to support the family. In the future, she would like to expand her husband’s business and help her children earn bachelors' degrees.
