A loan of $575 helped to buy natural fertilizers.

Walter's story

Walter is a 29-year-old single man with no children. His life is devoted to his parents and his sister Andrea.

Two years ago, Walter started a job producing fiber glass at a factory in his town. His time at this job begins in the early morning hours and lasts until the late hours of the evening. Throughout this entire time, he has learned a great deal from his job. He knows that working is valuable because he wants to have his own business later on and is saving toward that goal. Ever since he was a young boy, Walter has engaged in agriculture. On the weekends, he would plant beans, peas, and potatoes on rented farmland. Caring for his crops gives him great satisfaction because he knows that in a few months he will generate profits as a result of his effort and sacrifice. Everything he does is with the intention of taking care of his family.

This is his second loan with MFP. Walter feels at peace with the support he has received. In addition, he appreciates the trust that has been shown to him. Walter promises to complete his payments on time so that he does not disappoint his group. His fellow group members are supportive and responsible people. Walter will invest the money he requested in the purchase of natural fertilizers that he can apply to his bean and pea crops.
