Inga is 42 years old; she lives in a small village with her family: her husband, two sons (21 and 23 years old), daughter-in-law and mother-in-law. The family runs an agricultural business; in particular, they have 3 milking cows and a calf. Inga is a very hard-working woman; she keeps the livestock in good conditions and takes good care of them. She is busy with farming also: she has 1 hectare of land where she grows 1,000 vine trees and nuts. She sells the harvested products at the local open market. The total average monthly income of the family is 1,000 Lari.
Inga requested a loan to purchase agricultural machinery and tools. She will be able to cultivate more land at a decreased cost and get more profit. Also, Inga will be able to rent the purchased machinery out to neighbor farmers and get additional income. With the increased profit, she will be able to reinvest in the family agricultural business. Thus, she wants to expand her business in order to make the desired profit. Due to the above mentioned, their living conditions will be improved.
