Nath is 42 years old, a loving father who is married and has three children. He lives in the Prey Chor district of Kompong Cham province. He and his spouse have been operating a rice farming business to generate their livelihood. Aside from rice husbandry, Nath is also skillful in making furniture like chairs, cabinets, tables, and stools to produce extra income.
Nath wants to develop his business. Due to financial constraints, he is asking for a loan in the amount of KHR 1,500,000 to purchase trees, which can be used to make furniture for sale.
Nath is happy for the given funds to improve his business. He hopes to lift his family out of poverty through his efforts and patience.

Kiva lenders’ funds will be used to expand the outreach of HKL’s financial services to a greater number of clients in rural areas of Cambodia.
