Janepher is married with three children and all of her children go to school. She doesn’t take care of additional family members. She has a business of selling charcoal and has been in this business for two years. She has applied for a loan of 600000 Ugandan shillings from MCDT-SACCO to buy more bales of used clothes. She moves door to door selling used clothes. She works six days a week. Besides this clothing business she generates additional income through selling charcoal at home. Her major business challenges includes the rainy season which hinders her movements and the ever increasing prices of used clothes. She is aspiring to see her business grow big so that she can get a permanent business premises and build rental rooms. She resides in a home that she owns and the family has access to electricity and piped water.
