A loan of $775 helped to buy merchandise.

Ángela's story

Ángela, 63, is a good, kind, polite, very hardworking woman. She was widowed a long time ago and had to raise her three children by herself; they are all adults now and have their own families. She lives with one of her daughters and shares with her the joy of watching her grandchildren grow; she works hard for them.

Her work is selling dairy products. For a long time she did other types of work and now found one that does not demand much effort from her nor is it too exhausting. She’s been doing it for approximately five years. She works alone and in doing her deliveries she also does exercise which is a routine her doctor recommended her to do. She likes her work very much; she always has a big smile trying to convince her customers about the quality of her products. She wants to continue working to have a large business that will give her the opportunity of having a peaceful old age.

This will be her MFP loan #18 so she hopes to continue towards her objectives. On her part, she commits to make her installment payments and continue to be a punctual member like she was in previous loans. She’s very happy to belong to such a good group.

She will use the requested 2000 soles to buy products to have in stock and continue delivering to her customers; she will expand her capital and start to sell new products.
