Rosely tiene 28 años de edad, es madre soltera y vive en la ciudad de Yoro junto a su hijo y su madre y hermanos.
Rosely no dejo de estudiar y de capacitarse, desde joven aprendió repostería que tanto le gusta, hace aproximadamente 12 años que con mucho esfuerzo y voluntad estableció su propio negocio, ella elabora y vende pasteles para toda ocasión. Poco a poco lo ha mejorado mediante préstamos y tiene buena demanda. Actualmente está solicitando el cuarto préstamo a ODEF, con el cual se va abastecer de materiales para la elaboración de pasteles, tales como harina, azúcar, margarina, huevos etc. Esta inversión le ayudara a incrementar la producción y a cubrir la demanda.
La idea es que su negocio sea exitoso para expandirse y llegar a tener varios negocios en diferentes puntos, y poderles dar una mejor calidad de vida a su familia y a su hijo.
