A loan of $350 helped to buy fertilizers, seeds, and insecticides, etc.

Fidelina Ángel's story

Fidelina Ángel, age 64, lives in her own house with her daughter and grandchildren. Her husband died some years ago, and since then she has had to assume various responsibilities that had been her husband’s.

Fidelina has devoted herself to cultivating the land for several years. She does this business activity, year after year, with her grandchildren. They help her grow basic grains. She sells the crops after they have been harvested, and this is the way she supports her household.

She is a hard-working woman. In spite of her advanced age, she does not tire of fighting for a better quality of life. She says that she is very well-known in the area. Thanks to her generosity and good work performance, she has won the respect of a lot of her neighbors.

It is important to mention that she lives in very humble conditions together with her family. All of this motivates her to continue working for a better quality of life.

She is requesting this loan to buy agricultural supplies (fertilizers, seeds, and insecticides, etc.) in order to start planting. Her objective for doing this is to continue supporting her household. Her dream is to give her family a better quality of life.
