A loan of $5,875 helped a member to buy foodstuffs for her grocery store.

Grupo De Amigas Group's story

This group from the Arroyo Porá neighborhood in the city of Encarnación came about through outreach carried out in the area. This is a group that has been working with the Foundation since 2010, and is in the seventh loan cycle, where all of them are working hard to succeed.

One of the members of the group is Elva, and she has a grocery store in her home, where she sells drinks and general foodstuffs very successfully.

Thanks to her good service and the good prices she has, she has already been able to develop a good clientele, who always buy from her.

She wishes to be able to continue growing and in this way keep helping her family. Elva says that the loan she is requesting from the Foundation will be used to buy foodstuffs in general for re-stocking her business.

In this group: Elvira, Natividad, Elva, Ilsa, Benita, Celia, Nidia, Isabel, Norma, Martina, Gloria, Santa, Natalia, Elizabeth, Eva, Leonida, Justina, Sonia, Laura*
