Om Hamzh Group's story

This group is called Om Hamzh. It consists of five members: Asia, Entsar, Afrah, Alya and Ameera. They are all ladies who live in Aden, Yemen. They are hard workers and have been able to help their families. They applied for a loan of 290,000 YER.

Ameera is the leader of this group. She is a fat woman seated in the center and holding a handbag. She is 32 years old, married, and raising four children. While looking for a source of income for her family, she started her business selling women's accessories six years ago. Because of her steadfastness and hard work, she was able to develop her business and make a profit.

Today there's not enough variety in her business, and that's why she has come for a loan of 50,000 YER from AMB to restock additional women's accessories like cosmetic materials. She plans to invest the income from the loan into growth of her business.
