Hafiza has been partnering with our organization since 2007. She bakes flatbread at home. She has assistants, who help her to bake national flatbread. One of the employees makes dough and forms balls of dough, and the other makes fire in a tandoor (specialized oven) and heats up the tandoor. Hafiza's husband delivers flatbread orders. They also have regular customers, who pick up flatbread from their home since early morning. Hafiza is requesting this loan for the purchase of flour. She is grateful for the Kiva financial assistance.
