A loan of $2,550 helped purchase more automotive parts and to purchase a curtain for her store.

Concepcion's story

Concepcion is known for being friendly, warm, and most of all, modest. She is originally from a town in Oaxaca where the Rio Verde divides her town and the neighboring San Pedro Tututepec. Concepcion is 37 years old and is happily married to Crecenciano and they have three children together; Luis Felipe, Daniela and Ana Karen. She tells us that she has been selling automotive spare parts for about a year and a half now and she has a small site in the colonial center in her community where she began selling car accessories and with the earnings she decided to sell spare parts because her customers recommended it. Her husband helps her on weekends because he otherwise tends to his body work and paint shop. One of her dreams she hopes to achieve is to have her own store because where she currently sells her automotive parts is rented, but the credit will help her put up a curtain in the store her husband has made where he has his workshop. One of the beautiful things about her work is that she has been able to learn about cars and their parts and also how to help her customers when they are unsure of what parts they need. She is asking for a loan to purchase more automotive parts and to purchase a curtain for her store. She thanks Vision Fund for helping her fulfill her dreams that would otherwise be cut short.
