Nazgul's story

Nazgul is 39 years old. She is married and bringing up four children. For 4 years, Nazgul has been growing produce and raising livestock. She launched this business with a starting capital of 5,000 KGS, which was used for planting potatoes. Thanks to Nazgul’s hard work, her farm now includes three cows and some farm land where she grows corn, potatoes and onions. Nazgul also takes care of a cherry orchard, which brings her an additional income during the harvest season. Sales of milk and vegetables bring Nazgul about 12,000 KGS monthly. Nazgul is a trained seamstress. She tries to share her experience and teaches sewing to local young women.

In order to develop her business further, Nazgul has turned to “Bai Tushum and Partners” for a loan in the amount of 70,000 KGS in order to buy fertilizers for growing onions. Nazgul plans to use the resulting revenues in expanding her farm further.
