A loan of $950 helped to increase her merchandise.

Ely's story

Ely, 22, is a very young single mother to a 3 year old son. She is a fighter. She works hard to be able to give her son a better quality of life. She lives in her parents' house with her two brothers and her young son.

She sells various products like clothing, toys, home accessories and more. She sells door-to-door in the streets of the city, among her friends, neighbors and relatives. She has been doing this for two years and works alone because she earns more that way. What she likes about her work is that she makes daily income. It's going well as long as she puts a lot of time into it. She's thinking about starting a toy store later, once she has the capital.

This is her fourth loan with MFP, and she hopes to continue with her objectives. On her part, she promises once again to make her payments punctually and demonstrate, as with previous opportunities, that she's a good member and thus pay back the support that the village bank has given her. Everyone in the bank is very responsible and united.

With the requested 2500 soles she will be more merchandise to keep offering variety to her customers.
