José Ramiro's story

José, 22, is married with one child. He has worked in agricultural labor since he got married five years ago. Then his father died and he took charge of his younger brothers, because he lives on his father's land. He buys his agricultural supplies in a city ten kilometers from his house. He has to pay for the supplies to be transported to his house; then he moves them by cart to the place where he has his crops. José is requesting the loan from Fundación Campo to buy manure, seed, and fertilizer, and to prepare the land. In this way he intends to improve and increase the level of corn production as well as his family's standard of living. He wants to build a home for his family and continue to improve their standard of living with a better output.
