Sohoueto Group's story

SOHOUETO is a group of thirteen people who live in the same neighborhood. This is the group’s second time seeking financial assistance from ALIDé to bolster their activities.

The group’s representative is Viviane, seen with her hand raised in the photo. Viviane is 40 years old and lives in Benin. She is married to a driver named Severin and they have three dependent children, all in school. Viviane lives with her husband and children, and the couple handle the various household responsibilities together. To that end, she started selling biscuits wholesale as well as cosmetic products five years ago, from her home and through the distribution system. She buys her merchandise at a market of Benin.

To achieve customer satisfaction and to increase her sales and revenue, Viviane is seeking a second loan from ALIDé together with the other members of the group SOHOUETO. This first loan was correctly repaid.

In this group: Viviane, Anicette Chérita, Oboubé Estelle, Delphine, Marie Rose, Delphine, Léontine, Marcelle, Damienne, Sylvie, Jacqueline, Virginie, Adèle
