A loan of $1,150 helped to purchase construction tools.

Rosales's story

Rosales is 34 years old, and has been married to his wife Jessica for 8 years. They live with their two children, Víctor and Jean Franco. Their house is located in the community of San Pedro de Saño.

For the past 9 years Rosales has made a living working as a builder. He provides his services to different customers who request him. His specialty is building brick and cement houses. Because of Rosales’ extensive experience in construction, he has gained a reputation for the high quality of his work. He hires workmen to help him with the construction work and supervises them to make sure the work is done properly. Rosales’ work has allowed him to quickly increase his income and improve his living conditions, and so he plans to continue working in construction.

Rosales’ wife, for her part, started raising small animals to help support the family. She raises animals such as guinea pigs and chickens, which she then sells to the main tourist restaurants in the area.

Rosales belongs to the “Cantuta” group, and this is his 13th loan with MFP. He is grateful for the support MFP has provided, since it has allowed him to move forward with his business. He also promises to make all of his payments on time. The other members of his group are all responsible and supportive people.

Rosales plans to use the money he is requesting to purchase construction tools and supplies. He will also use the money to buy more guinea pigs and chickens for his wife’s business.
