A loan of $400 helped to increase her merchandise.

Jessica's story

Jessica is 22, and lives with Ravelo, her husband of eight years. They have two children: Jeyson and Zahorí. They live in their in-law's house located in the town of Batanyacu.

From the early hours of the day she works with her husband making shoes of various sizes and styles, which she sells in the city's wholesale market.

From this she gets a lot of earnings, with which they can pay for their household expenses and their children's schooling. In addition to this, Jessica sells beauty products by catalog to local people, and already has an established clientele.

Additionally, she has started selling children's shoes, also by catalog, and hopes to get a great deal of income from this. Her goal is to travel to various cities to increase her sales, and this way be able to start her own business.

She belongs to the “Las Mujeres del Éxito” (Successful Women) group, and this is the first loan with MFP. She is grateful for the support she has been offered, as she is acquiring the working capital she needs to be able to work and progress in her business. Furthermore, she promises to make her installment payments on time, as the members of her group are supportive and responsible individuals.

Jessica will invest the money she has applied for in the purchase of sport shoes and beauty products for her retail business.
