A loan of $600 helped to buy fabric to make clothes.

Miguel's story

Miguel is 26 years old and he is single with a two-year-old son. He makes and sells clothes for a living, selling from his stand in one of the markets in the town of El Torno. This will be his first loan cycle with the institution. Miguel will use the loan to buy rolls of fabric to make clothing. He is asking for this loan because he does not have enough working capital to buy fleece fabric. Miguel faces challenges in his business, such as growing his clientele, and he will use his profits to improve his family's quality of life. His dream is to have a stable business and to be able to offer his products in different markets in the city of Santa Cruz. Miguel is an enterprising young man and he is thankful for the opportunity that has been offered to him.
