A loan of $1,275 helped to buy a sow and a large lot of fodder for his pigs.

Artush's story

Artush and his wife have been engaged in pig breeding and gardening for about 17 years. They breed 3 pigs and 5 piglets and grow apples, pears, plums, etc., in Ijevan. Generally, Artush uses fruit for his family needs, but in productive years he sells fruit as well. Artush sells pork to butchers and also to his neighbors. Pig breeding allows Artush to provide the major part of his family’s needs.
Artush has 3 children: 2 sons, who are pupils and a 20-year-old daughter, who is looking for a job now. Artush is 44 years old. Along with pig breeding and gardening he works as a taxi driver. Artush says that driving is not sufficiently profitable, so his agricultural business is the main source of income for his family.
This is Artush’s fourth loan from Nor Horizon and now he is asking for a 500,000 AMD loan to buy a sow and a large lot of fodder for his pigs. Artush has never been late with his repayment.
