A loan of $1,025 helped to buy groceries.

Nancy Juana's story

Nancy, 45, is married and has two children who are 8 and 10 years old. Her activity is selling food and gift wrapping paper in her stand located in the Bolívar zone in the city of El Alto (in the south of this city).

This loan is the first sequence in the institution and Nancy will use the loan to buy ingredients to prepare her dishes like rice, noodles and others. The reason for requesting this loan is the lack of working capital.

The business challenge Nancy faces daily is competition because there are many others selling food in her zone. She will use the profits for the business’ growth.
