A loan of $200 helped to buy potatoes, fruits, vegetables, and groceries to sell.

Jackline's story

Jackline is married and the mother of two children. She is a resident of Malindi, Kenya. For the past three years, Jackline has run a grocery stall. She learned of Milango from a company employee and joined to access credit for her business.

Jackline is requesting a 15,900 KES loan to purchase additional stock of groceries and vegetables such as potatoes, fruits, vegetables, and other items. Despite the challenges of high taxes and a seasonal business climate, Jackline believes she will be able to educate her children using the extra income from her loan. Her future ambition is to open another grocery stall.
