Leah's story

Leah is 32 years old, married to a farmer, and the mother of a one-year-old daughter. For the past 10 years she has been selling livestock drugs and supplements to a thriving market of farmers and institutions. Previously a farmer, this aggressive and focused woman is determined to one day open an agrovet and make an income of Kes 500,000.



Leah's two main business challenges are roads made impassible during heavy rains that limit customer access and insufficient funds to improve her business.
