A loan of $775 helped to buy a stove, chairs, benches, and to paint the outside.

Cinthia Elizabeth's story

Cinthia is a hardworking and enthusiastic young woman. She lives in the district of Parcona, Ica, Perú. This district is characterized as having a warm climate and for having agriculture and cattle. There is also the stone forest, which is a group of rocks shaped like animals, people, and more. When she has free time, she likes to watch television, especially her favorite novelas. She also likes to eat one of her favorite traditional dishes, the delicious tallarines rojos. She only finished high school, but she would have liked to study nursing.

With much optimism and enthusiasm, Cinthia works in her business selling hamburgers, chicken and fries, and sausage and fries, She works at her business for about 10 hours a day, especially afternoons when there are more customers. She believes that it is going well in her business because she is a good cook when making her food and she is friendly to her customers.

Cinhtia is very grateful to the Kiva lenders since thanks to their help she will be able to buy a stove to make fries, paint the outside of her business and buy chairs and benches. This will allow her to give better service to her customers and improve her income. This way she can keep working to make her biggest dram come true: own her own house.
