Lisida Marilu's story

Lisida, 22, is a single mother; she has an 8 month old son. She lives with her mother and two sisters in the city of Choloma, Cortes.

Lisida has spent her entire life tending to her grocery store. She sells foodstuffs like lard, beans, flour, rice, sugar and groceries. She’s worked alongside her mother since she was very little and grew up with the determination to have her own business to earn her own income.

She’s asking for a 10,000 lempira loan to buy foodstuffs like rice, lard, flour, beans, flour, etc. to better stock her store and be able to earn more profits. Her goal is to increase her income and to improve her family life.
