La Esperanza 2 Group's story

This enterprising group is called “La Esperanza 2” [The Hope 2]. All of the members saw a great opportunity for themselves and their families through the Fundación Paraguaya program. This is why they are already in their fifth loan cycle, all of them working in a cooperative environment.

Nilda is the president of the group and with her help, her fellow group members have been able to get ahead. She is a very enthusiastic person and seeks to better herself and also to help her fellow group members. She sells all types of clothes and thanks to her business she can also help her family and give them everything they need in their daily lives.

Her dream is to be able to have a store to sell her clothes. She came to us to request a loan to purchase winter clothes because it will be cold soon and she wants to have a good variety to offer to her customers.

In this group: Nilda Miguelina, Miguela, Ubalda, Gloria, Amelia, Lidia, Lize, Francisca, Carmen, Cristina, Rossana, Lucia, Vidalia, Marta, Elsa
