Iradakhan's story

Iradakhan is 23, married, and has a one year-old child. Since 2009 Iradakhan has been involved in animal husbandry, after having started this business with 5,000 somi (KGS). Thanks to her hard work, Iradakhan's business now consists of 1 cow with a calf, and .7 hectares of land on which she grows potatoes and wheat. To grow her business, Iradakhan has asked Bai Tushhum & Partners for a loan of 70,000 somi (KGS) to purchase some sheep and chickens. Iradakhan plans to invest the proceeds from the loan into increasing her number of domestic poultry.
