The "Sartasiñani" group is starting its sixth loan cycle with Kiva partner Pro Mujer from the Villa Exaltación Center. The group consists of nine members and has a board of directors with Felipa as treasurer. The members have various businesses, among which are: selling snacks and refreshments, sewing jerseys, having a fruit stand, selling footwear, selling undergarments, sewing, weaving sweaters and driving a taxi. Felipa is in her first year as a group member with Pro Mujer, joining at the invitation of a friend. She currently has a business selling fruits, which she has done for a number of years after learning the trade from her parents. She plans to use the loan to purchase fertilizers for her crops, which she will then sell in the Altiplano communities. This will help her fertilize her land and yield better products. This business has helped her support her family, since she is married and has four children. When asked what she likes about Pro Mujer, she said that she enjoys the health classes and consultations.

La A.C. “SARTASIÑANI” iniciará su sexto ciclo en Pro Mujer, como parte del Centro Focal Villa Exaltación, está compuesta por nueve integrantes y está dirigida por una mesa directiva, donde la señora Felipa es la Tesorera. Los negocios que las integrantes de la asociación comunal llevan adelante son variados entre ellos tenemos: venta de refrescos y golosinas, costura de deportivos, frutería, venta de calzados, venta de ropa interior, costura, tejedora de chompas, taxista.

La señora Felipa, indica que es el primer año que integra una asociación comunal en Pro Mujer, ingresando por invitación de una amiga. En la actualidad ella tiene un negocio de venta de frutas que viene trabajando hace años, aprendiendo el mismo de sus padres.

El crédito que ahora sacará es para la siembra de sus productos (compra de abono) mismo que comprará de las comunidades del altiplano, este le ayudará a fertilizar su tierra. Este negocio le ayuda a apoyar a su familia pues ella es casada y tiene cuatro hijos.

Cuando se le consulta qué le gusta de Pro Mujer, ella responde que le gusta las capacitaciones en salud y el consultorio.
