Sofya is 48 years old. She lives and runs her business in Yerevan. Sofya is married, and she has two adult children, a son and a daughter. Sofya’s husband works as a driver, and her son works as a storage worker at a book shop. Sofya’s daughter is married, and she lives separately from her parents. Sofya’s husband and son help her with her business, as it is the major part of their family’s income. Sofya is a teacher by training, but she has never worked as one. Instead, she worked as a shop assistant in a food shop many years ago, so she has good experience in this field.
Sofya needs a $3000 loan to buy tinned goods, tea, coffee, spices, confectionary, and other goods for her newly opened shop.
