A loan of $2,400 helped to renovate his market and to add more foodstuffs.

Hasan's story

This borrower is from Iraq. He is a youth client aged 25 years old, married, and lives with two family members; one of them works.

Hasan has been an owner of a food market since 2005, selling soft drinks, juices, groceries, cheese, frozen beef, chicken and fishes, and dairy products. He has sufficient experience in this field, a deep understanding of local customers, and knows about their needs. He has a good reputation and he is becoming well known in the surrounding areas.

He is requesting $2400 as a “youth loan” in order to renovate his market and to add more foodstuffs. He is aiming to gain more profits to offer him the opportunity to provide a better life for his family as a whole.
