A loan of $2,000 helped a member to buy meats, drinks, baked goods, canned goods, and other items.

San Francisco Group's story

12 women from the city of Santaní got together for the purpose of forming a group of women entrepreneurs from Fundación Paraguaya. They are the heads of their households and must feed their families every day. For that reason they always work very hard since they don’t want their children to go without as they did.

Lilia is one of the members of the group. She tells us that she has a lot of good things to sell and that things are going well in her shop. She considers herself to be a hardworking person who values progress and enthusiasm.

She’s asking for a loan to buy basic goods like meats, drinks, dairy products, baked goods, canned goods, and other items with which she will supply her business.
