From the Prey Chor district of Kompong Cham province, Phon, 33 and a mother of two school-aged children, has spent most of her life cultivating rice. She has been doing this business for more than 20 years. She usually works with her husband in the rice field. For additional income, Phon has operated a business by going through her community to sell Khmer noodles from her old bicycle.
She would like to request a loan to pay for her husband's medical fees. She hopes that her husband can recover from his illness soon. She is very thankful for the support from our lenders. In the future, Phon wants to continually support her children’s education until they finish at least high school level.
