Mrs. Quyết is the group leader of the 01.03.08 Đông Sơn solidarity group, which consists of five members. Quyết has a service business tailoring clothes. She is requesting a loan to purchase machines to offer tailor-made and clothing repair services. She has been involved in this business for five years. The main harship that Quyết faces in her business is the lack of capital.

Quyết is 43 years old, married, and has two children. She lives and works in Thanh Hoa city, an urban area in Thanh Hoa province.

In 2011, Quyết joined Thanh Hoa Fund for Poor Women to improve her business. Quyết has successfully repaid two loans from Thanh Hoa Fund for Poor Women. With her business profits, Quyết hopes for her family to be healthy and happy, for her business to do well, and to be able to buy more supplies and equipment for her business.
