Santa Rita Group's story

The group Santa Rita is made up of 18 women from the city of Encarnacion. The group is in their sixth lending cycle with the program for businesswomen from the Fundacion Paraguaya. Their goal is to all work together and help each other.

One of the members, Mirtha, has had a grocery store for some years that helps with her household costs. Her business is in her home which is helpful. She says that she started with a very small business, and thanks to her sacrifice it has grown.

Mirtha asks for a loan to buy general goods like noodles, yerba, sugar, rice and other things. They are happy to be part of the women's committee program.
