Folly Loko's story

Loko is a 44-year-old man whose wife is a homemaker. He has three children, all in school. The first child is 8 years old, and the last is 3. Loko has been working in the laundry business since 2000. He washes and irons clothing for customer in his laundry shop. He works with four persons. At the moment, his main difficulty is not being able to serve all his customers quickly.

Loko has requested his first loan from WAGES to buy a washing machine and an iron. He wants to reinvest in his business.

In the next few years Loko would like to expand is business. He says he will use the profits to ensure his children education and social well-being.
