A loan of $775 helped to buy balanced feed.

Maria Juana's story

Maria is a forty-nine-year-old woman. She is single and lives in a house that she owns, located in the young town of San Martín, in Lambayeque. The quality of life in the community is subsistence. The majority are independent workers employed in plastic, grocery, and animal sales businesses.

María makes her living by selling plastic and poultry. She has six years of experience in this business. Both businesses in her home have a fixed clientele.

She will use the loan of 2000 PEN to buy plastics as well as feed for her poultry.
